Here’s the thing. Sometimes the house is on fire, and you need immediate attention. That’s coaching. You and I are focused on the immediate, not worrying about the past and working on what we can do right now so the put the fire out and decide how you are going to rebuild as well as add in additional safeguards.


With coaching, you and I create direct goals, learn what the stuck points are, and customize tools that will work for you right in that moment.


Coaching will get you to start implementing the tools right away in order to help you manage your life quickly. Coaching will focus on one essential goal. If there are multiple goals you are wanting to focus on, bring them up in our phone consultation and we can figure out a customizable plan that will fit your needs.


Something to note is I only offer coaching sessions virtually, however different from therapy I do more frequent check ins where you have more access to me.
