About your therapist/coach

My approach to therapy and coaching is this. I create a judgment free zone filled with compassion in order for us to sit in the feels, work through them and then figure out what we are going to do. My number one priority is to create a safe space where you are allowed to be vulnerable and finally feel understood by someone. My second priority is to equip you with the tools so that you no longer need me.

My heart has always been drawn to meet people where they are at, with no expectations, and see people beyond the pain. The journeys that clients allow me to be on with them is one of the highest honors I could ever receive. Having been on both sides of the couch, I show up as my real human to each session.

I’m a big believer in having organic conversations. Of course we have our goals, but I always start the session with just having a normal back and forth conversation. Basically, it won't be me awkwardly staring at you and not saying a word. We are in this together.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT139244).

Some other fun things about me. I have been married to my husband for 11 years (even more of a fun fact, we met at Vans Warped Tour). We have 2 kids ages 7 & 3. I am a coffee lover and can’t even remember the last time I watched a tv show because #booktok sucked me and I read about 2-3 books a week. Fall is my favorite season, probably because both of my kids' birthdays are in October, one of them has a birthday on Halloween. My favorite thing to do is be around the people I love creating great conversations and making memories that we talk about years later.
